My ANANAS app is not working

Tips and tricks if something seems wrong

ANANAS is a web-based application that runs through your internet browser. There are 1,000s of possible combinations of browser, operating systems, versions, plugins settings and more. From time to time you may experience incompatibility problems.

Before reaching out for support, there are a few things you can check that may solve any issues and can help us diagnose and get you back up and running.

  1. If possible, log in to your account from a different browser or different device. If the problem is not present, the issue is likely related to your browser, in which case the following will help remedy...If the problem persists, reach out to us describing the issue.

  2. Restart your browser. This is a great habit to ensure not just ANANAS, but other websites function properly.

  3. Log out from the ANANAS app and start a new session.

  4. Ensure cookies are enabled and you are not running in Private Browsing or Incognito mode

If the above does not resolve your issue, reach out to us using the in-app support chat. Please describe the problem by telling us what you were trying to do and some detail on what is (or is not ) happening along with any error message you may see.
