ANANAS is not loading / I get logged out

App pages will not load, logs out unexpectedly or behaves unexpectedly.

We are aware of and investigating a compatibility issue affecting Chrome users. Certain browsers configurations and extensions may cause ANANAS to logout unexpectedly or misbehave in other ways.

If you experience issues with ANANAS while using Chrome, in the first instance you can create a new session by removing cookies and logging back in at app.ananasacademy.com

If issues continue, we recommend using an alternative browser, such as Safari, Firefox or Edge while we are working to address compatibility problems
