Once you have created your Business account, in just a few steps, you can start using ANANAS and have your team become happier, more rounded employees.
We recommend diving straight into this Quick Start course in the app. This takes apx 3 mins, all the information in this article is included, and you will gain valuable experience in the app itself.

Add Locations
If you have not yet already added Locations or need to add additional ones, you can follow these easy steps > Add a Location
Invite your Team
Once you have created at least one location, invite your team.
Assign Courses
Next, let's give your team some learning...
Head to Content Manager > Focus Courses.
Choose two-to-three courses that you believe are important to your venue. We recommend EVERYONE completes Hospitality | Fundamentals and either Bar | Service skills or Floor | Service skills as a minimum.
The entire ANANAS | Hospitality Fundamentals certificate of 7 courses is an excellent base knowledge for the industry.
Don't forget to check back on your team
Check they have accepted their invite and re-invite if needed.
Head to Employees to check their progress. Give them a nudge if they still need to complete their training. Give them some kudos if they have.
