In that case, we recommend diving straight into this Quick Start course in the app. This takes apx 3 mins, all the information in this article is included, and you will gain valuable experience in the app itself.
FOCUS COURSES
Focus Courses allow you to assign learning to your team from our existing library of hospitality essentials. You can assign courses based on job role, area of work and venue, so while you might want the bar to focus on beer and cocktails, your floor staff can focus on wine and service skills.
Setting them up is quick and easy, and you can change them anytime.
Navigate to Content Manager/Focus courses
Select the Location you wish to assign training to
Add your chosen courses to each area Bar, Floor, Office, Cafe, and Kitchen. You can choose to omit specific roles within each area.
Prioritise the courses using "Weeks to Complete", with more critical content due earlier. Courses will be shown to staff in the order you select.
We recommend EVERYONE completes Hospitality | Fundamentals, Impos | Front Office for Servers and either Bar | Service skills or Floor | Service skills as a minimum.
The entire ANANAS: Hospitality fundamentals certificate of 7 courses is a good base knowledge if your business expects a high level of learning from its team.
