ANANAS focus courses allow managers and business operators to assign holistic, industry learning to teams

You may already have internal training assigned to your staff. Internal training is specific to your business and may cover details such as your sequence of service, house policies, HR requirements etc.
Ananas training is industry standard, regardless of your business; understanding what makes champagne differ from other sparkling wines, or how to carry a tray are universal skills.
By selecting skills and knowledge that matter most to your venue from the ANANAS certificates, you focus the development of your employees
Before assigning we recommend you first complete the courses assigned yourself, to understand the content and commitment required of your staff.
How
To manage this feature, you must be an admin user. Users can assign and amend and view reporting on focus courses only for the venues they are assigned admin status.
Navigate to Content Manager > Focus courses
Select the location you wish to manage
Add your chosen courses to each area Bar, Floor, Office, Cafe, and Kitchen. You can choose to omit specific roles within each area
Prioritise the courses by adding 'Weeks to Complete'. Courses will be shown to employees in the order you select.
Your dashboard will now report on the scores and completion of the focus courses selected
