Steps to ensure your team has access to their assigned learning

When your business first sets up an ANANAS account, you will likely have a lot of employees to onboard, the following will assist with managing the process of checking in on the signup process of your team.

When inviting employees to join your team on ANANAS, they will receive a unique invite URL from support@ananasacademy.com. Until they click the URL and create a password, they cannot access any learning assigned to them.

You can see employees with outstanding invites in a number of locations

Your Locations dashboard shows the total number of pending employees at your organisation

Employee Card

Clicking on Employees or a specific Location will show all employees; any not yet joined will show Invite Pending on their employee card. From here you can click Copy Invite Link to copy their unique URL to your clipboard. This can then be shared with the employee via any 3rd party messaging service.

Invite Expired

After 30 days, invites will expire and must be reissued by clicking the Re-Invite button on the user's Employee Card. Once expired a NEW unique URL will be issued to the employee's email and the prior URL disregarded.

Export Pending to CSV

Select Dashboard > Exportable Reports > Employee Report (LifeTime)

You can use the generated report to filter and action employees with outstanding invites

Finally, you can directly contact pending employees using ANANAS Messages

You can use the service to remind teams to:

"Check your email for the unique sign-up URL, originating from ananasacademy.com. These on occasion get caught in spam, but if you cannot locate, check in with your manager who can check the correct email address was used and provide the invite URL from within the ANANAS app.
