  • By integrating FoundU, employee data is pushed to ANANAS, automating the onboarding of employees. This removes the need to enter new employees into ANANAS, and FoundU becomes the 'Source of Truth' for employee details.

  • As employees complete assigned learning in ANANAS, this is pushed back to FoundU qualifications.

Authorising ANANAS to access your FoundU account

To activate your FoundU integration, contact us at support@ananasacademy.com and provide your unique domain ID. This can be found in the URL bar when logging in to your FoundU account

What data is synchronised?

Employee Data

  • When a new employee is added to FoundU, this will initiate and invite the same employee to ANANAS.

  • Data is synchronized on schedule. It may take up to 8 hours for changes to populate in ANANAS

  • When employee details are updated in FoundU, ANANAS will reflect changes.

    Note that once integrated, employees can NOT update personal details in ANANAS. Updates must be made from the FoundU application

  • When an employee is Deactivated in FoundU, they will be removed from your ANANAS organisation.

What data is pushed to ANANAS?

Name, email address, location(s) and Job Role must be populated in FoundU for employees to be synchronised. Where any information is missing or can not be matched, this will be reported in a daily exception report.

Locations in FoundU directly link to ANANAS Locations

Where an employee is attached to a location that does exist in ANANAS, employees will not be synchronised. See how to add new locations in ANANAS here

Job Role in ANANAS is linked to Tags in FoundU

Navigate to Compliance> Tags> Ananas Job Roles to add roles to employees in FoundU. Where an employee is not assigned a role in FoundU, the employee will not be synchronised.

Where populated in FoundU, profile photo, phone number, date of birth, employment type, and employee number will be synchronised to ANANAS


Qualifications

Qualifications allow businesses to ensure that employees are only rostered in areas they are trained in.

By default, all passed ANANAS courses are sent to FoundU as a Qualification.

FAQs

  • What happens if there is different information in ANANAS v FoundU??

    • FoundU serves as your Source of Truth. Changes to details that could potentially impact payroll can not be made in ANANAS. In most cases, FoundU data will automatically override ANANAS data, such as email, name, and job role. Certain mismatches will generate an exception report that will be emailed to the Organisation Admin(s) assigned in ANANAS. The report will detail steps to resolve mismatched data.
