By integrating Tanda, employee data is pushed to ANANAS, automating the onboarding of employees. This removes the need to enter new employees into ANANAS, and Tanda becomes the 'Source of Truth' for employee details.
As employees complete assigned learning in ANANAS, this is pushed back to Tanda qualifications.
Authorising ANANAS to access your Tanda account
Two unique IDs are required by ANANAS in order for us to connect your Tanda account. You will need admin-level access in Tanda to collect both IDs.
Organisation ID
Token ID
Navigate to your profile icon to locate and copy your Org ID
Navigate to your Access Token portal in Tanda
Create a token, ensuring you check ALL. This ensures ANANAS can access the required data via API.
Hit Save Token
You will see a response similar to the below.
Copy the token ID and email this along with your Org ID to support@ananasacademy.com or contact us via support messenger requesting integration support.
What data is synchronised?
Employee Data
When a new employee is added to Tanda, this will initiate and invite the same employee to ANANAS.
When employee details are updated in Tanda, ANANAS will reflect changes.
Note that once integrated, employees can NOT update personal details in ANANAS. Updates must be made from the Tanda application
When an employee is Deactivated in Tanda, they will be removed from your ANANAS organisation.
What data is pushed to ANANAS?
Name, email address, location(s) and position must be populated in Tanda for your ANANAS integration to function

Where an employee is assigned a role that does not exist in ANANAS, the employee will not be synchronised. You can create additional roles in ANANAS to match Tanda using Custom Job Roles
Where populated in Tanda, profile photo, phone number, date of birth, employment type and employee number will be synchronised to ANANAS

This optional field allows learning to be assigned in ANANAS based on a full-time, part-time or casual basis.
Qualifications
Qualifications allow businesses to ensure that employees are only rostered in areas they are trained in.
By default, all passed ANANAS courses are sent to Tanda as a Qualification.

What happens if there is different information in ANANAS v Tanda??
Tanda serves as your Source of Truth. Changes to details that could potentially impact payroll can not be made in ANANAS. In most cases, Tanda data will automatically override ANANAS data, such as email, name, and job role. Certain mismatches will generate an exception report that will be emailed to the Organisation Admin(s) assigned in ANANAS. The report will detail steps to resolve mismatched data.
