ANANAS allows users to upload externally gained qualifications and licenses. As a business, you can use this to track certifications such as First Aid, liquor licensing and responsible service qualifications or check employee vaccination status.
Users can add or amend their documents from their profile page. For security and privacy, only individual users can manage their qualifications and licenses - As an admin, you can not add or amend documents of another user.
How to upload documents/qualifications
Navigate to your profile page by clicking on your profile image. This is found in the sidebar on mobile or banner on desktop.
Click Add Qualifications and add the details of the license or certification to upload.
Uploaded documents are only visible to authorised admins at the ANANAS organisation you are part of. If you are NOT part of an organisation, you can still upload documents to store for future use and as a digital backup.
View your employee's licenses and qualifications
Navigate to a venue you have admin access to.
Search the employee you would like to check. Employees with uploaded documents will displace the licence icon.
Click to view details including type, expiry, document number and preview.
